The Boeing Companys Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) is looking for a Finance Analyst Manager (Level K) based out of Berkley MO or Hazelwood MO. In this role you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business by providing finance support to the F15 programs and functions.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages develops and motivates individual contributors

• Lead the execution of budget and finance activities

• Lead the team on Earned Value Management (EVM) baseline set up reporting and execution

• Develops and executes project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

• Act as a trusted advisor to your business partner by providing valuable business insights and strategic recommendations

• Supports the execution of operational statement of work including their financial performance to budgets / plans and opportunity/risk evaluation

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports across functions and programs

This position is on-site. This means that the selected candidate will be required to work onsite.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher in accounting finance business or a related field

• 5 years of experience in a Finance Accounting business or related role

• 2 years of EVM reporting and execution experience

• 1 years of experience leading projects or teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 years of experience as a manager of people

• Experience presenting and communicating data in senior leadership briefings

Summary Pay Range: $108800 - $147200
