Shift Type: AM Shift (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm)

Hours per Week: 40 hrs/week
Candidate Pay Rate: $43.54 – $49.55/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and deliver short-term, evidence-based therapy
• Collaborate with PCPs to develop and revise care plans
• Provide crisis intervention, including suicide risk assessments
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and peer reviews
• Educate staff and patients on behavioral health topics
• Supervise interns/unlicensed staff as needed
• Ensure culturally sensitive care aligned with California regulations and ethical standards
• Coordinate with community resources for continuity of care
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Qualifications

• Active LPCC license in California
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related psychotherapy field from an accredited institution
• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred
• Experience in community mental health and multicultural settings
• Strong understanding of co-occurring disorders and integrated care models
• Familiarity with SBIRT and IMPACT models is a plus
