Location: Upland, California.
Job Type: Full-Time.
Compensation: Hourly rate $35 to $55.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Diagnostic Automotive Technician to join our team. This role requires strong diagnostic skills, the ability to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. If you are detail-oriented, motivated, and enjoy working with advanced diagnostic tools, this is the position for you.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles (domestic and foreign).
• Identify electrical, mechanical, and drivability issues using OEM and aftermarket scan tools.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and troubleshooting to determine root causes of problems.
• Repair and replace defective parts in line with manufacturer standards.
• Keep accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, and recommendations.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members.
• Stay updated on new automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 + years of experience as an automotive technician (diagnostic experience required).
• ASE Certifications (preferred, but not required if willing to earn).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, OBD-II diagnostics, and vehicle computer systems.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
