Senior Program Manager

We are a large Aerospace company looking to bring on a Senior Program Manager. The Program Manager will oversee multiple programs in both development and production, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with technical requirements. This role serves as the primary contact for customers, communicates program progress, and drives key activities to completion by coordinating across engineering, operations, and management. The Program Manager identifies risks, resolves blockers, and ensures internal teams are aligned with customer expectations.

- 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager

- Experience with NPI and PDP/NPI process

- 2 years of experience in Aerospace

- Experience with IPT/cross functional teams

- Bach Degree
