Contracts Negotiator
Job Title: Sr Contract Negotiator

Duration: 7–8 months (contract)
Compensation Range: Up to $70/hr W2

Job Description:
Seeking a senior-level contract negotiator to support high-volume vendor contract review and negotiation within a fast-paced, evolving procurement environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate vendor and commercial contracts
- Manage a high volume of agreements across multiple stakeholders
- Partner with procurement, legal, security, privacy, and sourcing teams
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive contract execution
- Utilize CLM tools to manage workflows and contract lifecycle
- Provide guidance and expertise in contract terms, risk, and compliance
- Communicate effectively across a variety of personalities in a remote setting
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 5–8 years of contract negotiation experience (3–7 acceptable if strong)
- Procurement/vendor contract negotiation or commercial contract experience (non-sales)
- Experience working within large organizations
- Familiarity with CLM platforms (e.g., Ironclad, Zip, Certa, or similar)
- Experience leveraging AI tools (prompting, reporting, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving, high-volume environments
- Bachelor's degree required
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Juris Doctor (JD) or paralegal background
- Experience with data privacy, data security, or infrastructure-related contracts
- Background in data center or technology environments
