Key Accounts Customer Success Manager, EMEA

This role involves building strategic relationships with key enterprise clients, driving value realization, and leveraging AI tools to enhance customer engagement. You will manage customer health, lead business reviews, and influence product development based on customer insights. The position requires experience managing high-stakes, global customer relationships, preferably within SaaS and Human Capital Management sectors, with a strong emphasis on strategic account management, AI fluency, and cross-functional collaboration.
Travel expectations are 25-50%. We seek candidates with 3-6 years in SaaS customer success, consulting experience is a plus, and a proven ability to manage complex accounts and stakeholder relationships.
