Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager
Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager position in Orange County, CA
We are a large, growing mechanical contractor in Southern California. We are hiring for a Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position with an extensive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with general contractors, owners and other sub-contractors on active and upcoming projects
- Attend BIM Coordination meetings and ensure detailing group is delivering design-intent to crews
- Manage project schedule of values, and ensure we are completing our deliverables on-time and under budget
- Communicate with Estimating and Purchasing group on materials and delivery times
- Submit RFI's and Change-orders for approval
- Communicate with Project Accountant to verify correct billings and invoice submittals are being spent
- Balance time between one or multiple projects, spending necessary time on the job site and in the office
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Plumbing/HVAC (wet and air-side) Project Management experience
- Mid- to Large- commercial project experience
- Local to Orange County, CA
- Stable work-history
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a growing and fast-paced working environment
