We're looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Engineering team. You'll work alongside collaborative partners and dedicated achievers in the field to help support our mission.

As a Senior Software Engineer at Truepill, you will apply your expertise in engineering, life sciences, or computer science to drive problem-solving, innovation, and the delivery of high-quality products and services. Working within the Engineering function, you will lead and contribute to the creation, development, design, and improvement of various products, equipment, facilities, and procedures. Your focus on software development will ensure the design, coding, testing, and deployment of cutting-edge solutions to meet our business obligations effectively.

• You will lead engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• You have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience) or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• You have extensive experience in engineering roles, with a focus on software development and project management.
• You're skilled in programming and fluent in at least one language developers love, with bonus points for JavaScript and Python—our go-to tools.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
• You have the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• You demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
• You have strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities to drive projects forward and achieve business objectives.
• In addition to your outstanding technical skills, we consider it a plus if you maintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and standards in the med-tech and/or pharmaceutical industry.

The annual salary range for this position is $150,000-$180,000.
