The Benefits
Average base + production compensation: $200,000 – $240,000
Production compensation with no negative accrual (paid quarterly)
No non-compete clause

The Role
Full-Time Emergency Veterinarian role including:
Managing high-acuity emergency and critical care cases
Rapid diagnostics, treatment planning, and case management
Delivering compassionate, high-quality emergency care
Collaborating with emergency clinicians, technicians, and support teams
Communicating effectively with pet owners during critical situations
Participating in ongoing education, mentorship, and professional development
Practicing emergency medicine in a supportive, well-resourced environment

To Be Considered for This Position, You Must Have:
DVM/VMD degree or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited university
Valid California veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
Experience or strong interest in emergency and critical care medicine
Excellent decision-making, analytical, and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical environment
Commitment to continuous learning and clinical excellence
Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
