About the Opportunity
Design core features that power a platform millions rely on to build software. You'll apply a unique blend of design and product thinking to solve complex problems—from reimagining how teams work with data to shipping interfaces that make technical workflows intuitive. You'll own the full lifecycle from research to shipped product.
What You'll Do
- Design and ship core product features and infrastructure; work across the entire product with substantial ownership
- Conduct user research, synthesize learnings, and help prioritize the roadmap based on customer needs
- Design and prototype novel interfaces that rethink how people approach technical workflows
- Collaborate with product and engineering partners; communicate openly and give/receive thoughtful feedback
- Identify the right problems to solve, explore multiple solutions, and articulate tradeoffs clearly
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years experience in a relevant product design role
- Clear design process; ability to break down complex problems and expose simple interfaces
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; default to visual communication
- Systems thinking; can identify patterns and abstract them into common interactions
- Ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs; think in interactions, not static screens
- Customer-focused approach; constantly empathizing and checking in to ensure intuitive value
- Strong understanding of design systems and design infrastructure

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $160,000–$250,000 USD
