About the role
As a AI Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive programs for upskilling and reskilling the sales organization, preparing them for the profound impact AI will have on the sales process and fostering a culture of continuous learning. We will count on you to champion the seamless integration of new AI capabilities, focusing on the planning, building, and vetting of AI tools and ensuring sales professionals are empowered to achieve peak performance. Along the way, you will get to:
- Act as the subject matter expert in the building and vetting of new AI tools and associated platforms for the sales team, ensuring solutions meet functional requirements and drive a clear return on investment (ROI).
- Create user-friendly AI adoption playbooks and onboarding materials that guide sales reps on the technical usage and workflow integration of new AI capabilities.
- Manage and maintain a centralized library of user-friendly resources and ongoing support documentation for all deployed AI solutions.
- Design and execute comprehensive enablement programs, training, and and curriculum that emphasizes the strategic impact of AI on sales methodologies, ensuring sales professionals are proficient in the new knowledge and behaviors required for an AI-integrated sales process and positioned for success in a human-AI collaboration environment.

What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in Sales Enablement, Talent & Development, Operations, or Digital Transformation experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a comparable field is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in driving change management and successful adoption of new technologies.
- Practical experience using and enabling others on AI/ML concepts, tools, and platforms in a professional sales context.
