Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

We're an all-in-one software platform optimizing enterprise-wide operations for manufacturers. Our technology connects teams, processes, and data to create a single, shared system of operation for everything from engineering to supply chain and production. As a Full-Stack Software Engineer , you'll have the opportunity to directly impact how major aerospace and defense companies operate by rapidly developing high-quality software that affects real production systems. We're at a key inflection point of growth, making this a chance to join early and have significant technical ownership.

What You'll Do

• Become a product expert by engaging directly with customers to understand hardware engineering and manufacturing operations.
• Rapidly develop high-quality software, contributing to both front-end and, primarily, back-end code.
• Partner with key team members across different functions to make critical product and infrastructure decisions.
• Solve various problems and "wear many hats" as a core member of an early-stage startup.

What We're Looking For

• 2-7 years of software engineering experience at product-forward companies with a high talent bar.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Python, Rust, Java, TypeScript, or similar languages.
• A strong engineering background, with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Comfortable operating with extreme urgency and taking ownership.

• Salary: $140k - $250k
• Equity: Extremely competitive early-stage equity.
• Visa sponsorship: Not available. This position is open only to U.S. citizens and green card holders due to ITAR requirements.
