Administrative & Client Services Coordinator
We are an outdoor lighting company specializing in holiday lighting , proudly serving Ventura County and surrounding areas. With a reputation for excellence among luxury residential and commercial clients, we are seeking a motivated professional with exceptional organizational skills to thrive in our fast-paced environment and help deliver an outstanding client experience.
Job Details:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling phone and email inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals while managing a high volume of requests.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Support sales through effective communication, follow-up, and client relationship management.
- Maintain organized client records and track project progress from start to completion.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow in a deadline-driven setting.
- Expect extended hours during the holiday season (mid-October through late December) when client volume is at its peak.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and instill client confidence.
- Prior office or administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency with office software and digital communication tools is a plus.
