PDI (New Bike Assembly)
- Uncrating of motorcycles as needed
- Assembly of uncrated motorcycles
- Basic Pre-Delivery Inspection, including all required documentation and record keeping
- Test riding of prepped motorcycles
- Minor servicing including oil and tire changes
- Clean, well-organized and efficient
- Detail oriented with focus on quality
- Dependable, self-motivated with have a positive attitude
- Must have valid class “C” California driver’s license (preferably with M1 endorsement), must be insurable with a clean driving record preferred
- MMI graduate or equivalent preferred
- 2 years+ riding experience, motorcycle enthusiast preferred
- Physical ability to efficiently push/load/organize dozens of bikes daily
- Excellent customer service skills with some retailing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organization skills
