  • Ensure events reflect Sephora’s culture, brand, and business objectives
  • Coordinate pre‑production planning, run‑of‑show development, and internal alignment meetings
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time and proactively mitigate event risks
  • Deliver post‑event reporting, including budget reconciliation, attendance data, surveys, and insights
  • Occasional evenings and weekends based on event schedule
  • Up to 15% travel required

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5–6 years of corporate or agency event production experience
  • 3–4 years of experience producing small to medium‑scale conferences end to end
  • 2+ years of experience leading and producing virtual or hybrid events
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Proven budget management experience across programs ranging from $50K to $1M
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using event management and virtual event platforms
