Turning Point for God is the broadcast ministry of Dr. David Jeremiah and exists to deliver the unchanging Word of God to an ever-changing world. Using Dr. Jeremiah's teaching, we capture, curate, and communicate Bible Strong content through the power of media to share the Gospel with theological and creative excellence. To accomplish this mission, more than two hundred staff across various disciplines are committed to sharing the Gospel and Bible Strong teaching through Turning Point. Position Summary: The Data Support Specialist reports directly to the Director of Data Systems & Insights. This position performs IT-related operational processes per assignment, schedule, and specifications. Executes reports as assigned. Essential Functions:

• Scrub and process orders from the web, mail, and external call centers into Studio Enterprise
• Create and maintain spreadsheets & reports
• Process Bi-monthly Autopay
• Handle order cancellations & duplicates
• Keep all documentation up to date
• CC5 Auto-giving
• Email Clean up
• Credit Card Segmentation
• Checking CC/EFT Output and SE Portfolio

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in understanding assigned operational processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Must be able to follow complex Boolean logic sequences and know resident data sufficiently for self-checking extracts and reports for accuracy

• The expected salary for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 an hour. The actual compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, and location. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
