Demand Generation Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a talented and driven Demand Generation Manager to lead our efforts in attracting, engaging, and converting target audiences through innovative, data-driven strategies. This hands-on role requires expertise in SEO, paid advertising, marketing analytics, email campaign development, and full-funnel forecasting. If you're a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a track record of getting things done, we'd love to hear from you!

This is a remote position; however, you must be available to work 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific or Central time zones.

Note: This is a hands-on role requiring direct execution. If you've only managed teams without direct execution in the past 2+ years, this role may not be the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and generate high-quality leads.
Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including targeting, ad copy, and landing page performance, to maximize ROI.
Google Tag Manager: Oversee accurate tracking and analytics setup, including the implementation and optimization of Google Tag Manager.
Analytics & Reporting: Build dashboards to track key marketing metrics and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
Full-Funnel Forecasting: Create models to predict lead generation, pipeline contributions, and conversion metrics.
HubSpot Administration: Manage workflows, lead scoring, automation, email campaigns, and maintain database hygiene as the HubSpot admin.
Email Campaigns: Design, execute, and optimize email templates, nurture sequences, and segmentation strategies.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and metrics.
A/B Testing: Conduct experiments across channels to drive continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Oversee the demand generation budget, ensuring effective resource allocation across campaigns.
Industry Trends: Stay current with developments in digital marketing, technology, and industry trends.
Perform other duties as needed to support marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
7+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing roles. A portfolio of your work is required.
Proven success in driving results through multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation abilities.
Analytical skills and hands-on experience with HubSpot.
Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
A creative mindset with the ability to craft innovative strategies.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and highly organized, with a performance-driven approach.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the legal or SaaS industries (agency experience is a plus).
Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models.
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot.
