Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Senior consultant with SAP skills.

As an SAP Senior Consultant, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • 4 years of Information Technology experience
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Rosemead, CA or Pomona, CA or willing to relocate.
  • Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
  • Good exp in Test lead activities and in Agile methodology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of strong functional understanding and experience in SAP FICO applications. Preferably in Utility domain.
  • Must have strong knowledge on SAP FICO functionalities including AP, AR, Treasury, Collections, NEB, Corporate accounting, Financial closure, Regulatory and tax Accounting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Good to have experience in leading and managing testing activities for big SAP transformation projects.
  • Must to have experience on all testing activities – preparation, validation, test scripts creation / documentation using MF ALM, SAP ALM.
  • Has participated in Regression and System Integration testing of large SAP S4 HANA implementations in above mentioned SAP applications
  • Well versed with Financial processes. Should have knowledge of complete End to End process of FICO.
  • Good knowledge on estimating testing scope, well versed with defect life cycle, test data set up etc.
  • Good at communication (internal / external stakeholders). Status reporting
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

For candidates based out of Rosemead, CA estimated annual compensation will be

$ 96,713 to $ 132,661

For candidates based out of Pomona, CA estimated annual compensation will be

$ 72,897 to $ 98,795
