Administrative Support Analyst
Job Description and Duties
Under the direction of the Policy and Support Services Manager (Supervisor I), the Analyst II is responsible for performing a variety of analytical and program support functions for the Human Resources Office (HRO). The Analyst II serves as the contracts and procurement liaison for HRO, responsible for inventory control, as well as assisting with the coordination and maintenance of the DMV Employer Pull Notice program for the department.

Working Conditions
The position is located at: 1416 9th Street, 13th Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814.
Permanent/Full-timeMonday – Friday Employees in this position work in an office setting in a high-rise building in downtown Sacramento, and are required to work extensively on computers as necessary for drafting of letters, other documents, research, email communication, file review, training, and other purposes.
Special Requirements

Preference will be given to persons with State Restriction of Appointments (SROA) or Surplus status. Applicants must attach a copy of their most recently dated letter that specifies their designation as either SROA or surplus candidate as proof.
