Regional Director/Principal, PE position in Sunnyvale, CA
We are a large, growing MEP Design Engineering company that specializes in commercial engineering and design projects throughout California. We have expertise in LEED/Green projects and a vast array of projects in Healthcare (OSHPD), Commercial, Education, among others.
Responsibilities:
- Win large upcoming engineering projects
- Lead and provide assistance Associates and Project Managers for current and upcoming projects
- Identify and hire the best Engineers, Project Managers, and Designers for future new hires
- Monitor office budget, marketing, and profitability
- Review employee utilization and productivity
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Senior Management for Engineering Group
- 20+ years of prior Engineering Project Management
- PE License
- Bachelors or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar
- LEED Certification
- Extensive Electrical knowledge and experience
