Regional HR Coordinator
Our client, a leader in the security and investigations industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Regional HR Coordinator to join a dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling across regional offices.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Assist in the administration of compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation processes regionally.
- Collaborate with regional managers to identify training needs and coordinate development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and company policies throughout the region.
Requirements
- Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a human resources role, preferably within the security or investigations industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to employee relations and HR issues.
