The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting finished goods before shipment, packing items, creating carrier labels, and processing shipments in the support systems. They will also move packages to the correct staging areas and assist in pulling parts or instruments as workload requires. Logistics Associate Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $20/hr
• Worksite: Electronics Testing and Measurement Company (Roseville, CA 95747 - Onsite)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
• 40 hours/week, 24-month assignment

Logistics Associate Responsibilities:

• Inspect finished goods for accuracy and quality before shipment.
• Pack items securely and create accurate carrier labels using internal support systems.
• Process shipments and move completed packages to designated staging areas.
• Assist in pulling parts or instruments based on workload and production schedules.

Logistics Associate Qualifications:

• Matl Handling experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet daily production and shipping goals.
• Demonstrated flexibility to work overtime during the week or on Saturdays as needed.
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of punctuality and reliability.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through independently.
• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing 50+ pounds.
• Consistent contributions to team and department delivery goals.
• Willingness to adapt and support shifting production needs.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, accurate, and efficient work environment.

Shift:

• Monday to Friday during standard office hours.
• Flexibility to do overtime during week or Saturday as production requires.
