About the Role

We’re partnering with a well-established construction company seeking a Senior Project Manager / Estimator to lead heavy civil and general construction projects from bid through completion.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives owning projects end to end, driving results in the field, and building strong relationships with clients and teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead projects from pre-construction through closeout including budget, schedule, and execution
• Prepare and manage detailed estimates based on plans, specifications, and subcontractor input
• Track project costs, forecasts, and approve invoices
• Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain strong communication with clients and job site teams
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, EPA, and environmental standards
• Drive accountability, performance, and successful project delivery

What We’re Looking For

• 20 plus years of experience in heavy civil or general construction
• Proven experience managing projects from start to finish
• Estimating experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with strong follow through
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
