An elite global law firm with deep roots in the tech sector is seeking a talented IP Litigation Senior Associate to join its high-performing litigation team. Youll be joining a team that regularly handles headline-grabbing cases involving global tech leaders, and youll work shoulder-to-shoulder with nationally ranked litigators in a supportive, highly collaborative culture.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Leading and supporting patent litigation matters in federal court and before the PTAB

• Driving strategic litigation activities such as depositions, expert discovery, motion practice, and trial prep

• Advising clients on technically complex IP issues

• Contributing to case strategy, client communication, and team leadership

• Optional: involvement in ITC or IPR proceedings

What Were Looking For:

• 35 years of patent litigation experience in a law firm setting

• Strong experience with:

  • Depositions (taking and defending)

  • Drafting motions and pleadings

  • Managing discovery, including expert and technical discovery

• Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science strongly preferred (or comparable industry experience)

• Licensed and in good standing in the jurisdiction of the role

• Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative
