Executive Admin & Appointment Setter (Native English)

We're seeking a sharp, high-energy Executive Assistant & Appointment Setter who takes ownership, communicates with confidence, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you're entrepreneurial, professional, and genuinely love helping a business run at its best — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Vet and pre-qualify incoming leads to book high-quality appointments
Manage scheduling and follow-ups through our CRM
Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks for the owner
Assist with project coordination and internal processes
What We're Looking For
Native or near-native English proficiency (required)
Exceptional communication skills — confident, warm, and assertive when it counts
Experience managing high-volume inbound leads and setting appointments
Proven background as an Executive Assistant
Comfortable working with CRMs, Excel, and AI tools like ChatGPT
Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience in home services or construction (remodeling, painting, roofing, etc.)
Bilingual in Spanish
Skills with Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools
