Automotive Business Development Representative / Customer Service Needed - Car Pros

We are Growing and Car Pros is Seeking a Business Development Representative (Customer Service Representative)

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you will be responsible for out-going phone call for appointment scheduling and client follow-up. You must be a customer-service oriented individual with excellent organization skills in order to manage incoming customers leads. You must also be comfortable making phone calls and sending emails to prospective clients on a regular schedule. You must be comfortable working in a call center environment with heavy inbound call volume.

We are only looking for professional minded, energetic, self-driven, leaders.

Prefer you to have Call Center and Customer Service experience, but willing to train the right candidate.

BDC experience in Automotive is a PLUS.

Benefits:

Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, short/long term disability and basic life/ AD&D insurance after 60 days of employment. Car Pros sponsors 80% of basic medical (Kaiser Permanente), dental and vision insurance for employees. Employees pay the additional cost for dependents and any voluntary elections.

Employees can enroll in company's 401k plan after one year of service. Employees will accrual one-hour personal time off for every 30 hours worked.

Pay: $21.00-22.00/hr
