Customer Service
- Support customer retention efforts through proactive execution of customer service initiatives
- Professionally and efficiently handle customer calls related to service orders and inquiries
- Perform all work in accordance with company policies and procedures to maintain customer loyalty
- Serve as a customer service leader by working collaboratively with other departments
- Participate in an on-call rotation during non-business hours approximately every 4–6 weeks for one full week
- Dispatch technicians and monitor actual work hours
- Provide administrative support to technicians and field management
- Track service vehicles using Samsara
- Manage and follow through on unbilled work orders
- Prepare bid proposals accurately and in a timely manner
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and accurately
