Chief Mechanical Estimator
Chief Mechanical Estimator job in Orange County, CA
We are a large HVAC and Plumbing Contractor currently hiring for a Chief HVAC Estimator to help us build accurate winning estimates for the hvac wet and dry portion of our projects. This is a full time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Review final estimates before they are submited
- Mentor, hire, and train Senior and Jr HVAC Estimators
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Trimble Accubid/Quickpen
- 10+ years of HVAC Estimating experience working on large commercial projects
- Knowledge of Title 24 requirements, OSHPD, among others
Preferred:
- Prior field experience
- Stable work-history
