: Customer Care Representative For Athletic Club The Role:

• Prime Time Athletic Club in Burlingame seeks a service-oriented individual who is honest, energetic, polite, enthusiastic, dependable, and punctual to join the team and receive a free membership to one of the Bay Area's premier athletic clubs.
• This is a Part-Time, (full-time may be available) entry-level, assistant manager position as a Customer Care Representative to assist members and create a positive customer service experience for both our members and guests.

Requirements:

• High school or equivalent education level.
• Stable work history.
• Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
• Have the ability to work autonomously when required.
• Be a team player.
• Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
• Must be available for Thursday, Friday, and Sunday evening shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
• Assisting customers whenever necessary.
• Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.
• Maintaining club to standards.
• Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently.
