Administrative Assistant
Were looking for an organized, proactive, and positive Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team and help our firm operate smoothly. Youll play a vital role in keeping projects on track, maintaining systems, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. Responsibilities: Support the Managing Partner and Director of Operations with daily tasks and special projects. Organize client files, reports, and communications. Maintain and improve firm procedures (SOPs). Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and HR coordination. Provide administrative and scheduling support during tax season. Help with marketing tasks such as social media posts or event coordination. Keep the office professional, welcoming, and well-organized. Requirements: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role. Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Excellent communication skills Professional, clear, and kind. Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new tools.
