Dining Room Manager
About Enclos Helmed by Chef Brian Limoges (Atelier Crenn, Quince, Birdsong, and Saison), Enclos has received two Michelin Stars within its first six months of opening, along with the prestigious Michelin Green Star for our commitment to sustainability. We offer a nightly Chef's Tasting Menu, Wednesday through Saturday. In partnership with Stone Edge Farm Estate Vineyard & Winery, our wine program features estate selections alongside a focused curation of local and international wines.
Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Floor Manager to help lead our Front of House Team in a Michelin-level environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, calm under pressure, and committed to fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and accountability. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise nightly service, ensuring seamless pacing and exceptional guest experience.
- Support and mentor FOH team members, reinforcing service standards and communication expectations.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation, and pairing logic.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen, sommelier team, captains, and management to uphold consistent service flow.
- Oversee guest communication, dietary communications, and high-touch hospitality moments.
- Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance development.
- Uphold Enclos values: respect, awareness, teamwork, and a guest-first mindset.
- 2+ years of fine dining leadership experience preferred; Michelin or tasting-menu background is a plus.
- Strong communication abilities and a proactive, detail-driven work ethic.
- Ability to anticipate operational needs in an intimate, high-attention dining room.
- Calm, professional presence with excellent organizational skills.
