Job Summary:

We're looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and increasing brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base

• Build and maintain relationships with current and new customers, including chain stores and other retailers

• Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans to pursue them

• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness

• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales and marketing strategies

• Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts

• Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the beauty industry

• Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer bases

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Ability to lead and manage a sales team

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Nice to Have:

• Experience with chain store sales and marketing

• Knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends
