Assistant General Manager

As Assistant General Manager, you oversee all FOH operations, drive team performance, and ensure the seamless execution of every service. You will own operational standards, staff development, financial performance, and guest experience, stepping in to make executive decisions and maintaining excellence across the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead FOH, bar, and event operations with authority and accountability.

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) for scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and GM absences.

• Recruit, train, and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service and operational consistency.

• Collaborate with kitchen and leadership teams to ensure flawless execution of every shift.

• Drive financial performance through labor management, scheduling, and operational efficiency.

• Uphold guest experience standards and resolve issues decisively.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants or bar-lounges.

• Strong background in operational management, team leadership, and service excellence.

• Proficiency with POS systems, payroll software, and financial reporting.

• Knowledge of state labor, employment, and wage & hour laws.

• ServSafe certification required.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment of 50–55 hours per week.
