Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity. Pay Range: $18.24 - $25.54 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 What You'll Be Doing Perform excellent service for Members who have a Personal Lines Insurance policy through SchoolsFirst Insurance Services. Responsible for providing fellow team members (Insurance Service Agents) support for the existing Personal Lines book of business. Review existing Members files and ensures Member insurance/account information is up-to-date and complete.

• Delivers World Class service to Members who have active insurance policies. Answer any questions a Member might have regarding billing. Prepare & deliver Auto ID Cards, Evidence of Property Insurance, and copies of Declaration pages.
• Responsible for handling cancellations subject to the Best Practice guidelines, which include correspondence to Insured Members through the Agency Management system.
• Process various requests from Service Agents for a variety of personal lines property and casualty insurance policies, including processing payments to different carriers on behalf of Insured Member, scanning and attaching all incoming Personal Lines mail to the Member's file.
• Process Evidence of Insurance requests and changes in multiple carrier systems. Process mortgage changes and suspense's for endorsements to be issued. Responsible for following up with carriers to make sure changes/endorsements are processed timely and accurately.
• Assign insurance carrier memos to appropriate Service Agent, such as requests for exclusion forms, employment information, undeliverable mail, inquiries of potential household members.
• Handle Download Reports on a daily basis, which consists of making sure downloads are accurate and completing any suspense related items that are a direct reflection of the Download Reports.
• Meet established departmental service and quality assurance metrics and cross-trained to assist in processing Ancillary products.
• Provides consultative services to Members regarding credit union products and services by assessing the Member's needs, addressing their concerns and gaining agreement.

• Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 1-3 years of previous related experience required

• Property Casualty Insurance License
