Entry-Level Communications Assistant
We are seeking an Entry-Level Communications Assistant to support internal and external communications, assist with messaging, and help maintain consistent brand voice across platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and editing internal and external communications
- Support email correspondence and client messaging
- Help coordinate communication between departments
- Maintain communication records and documentation
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and materials
- Ensure consistency in messaging and tone
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email platforms)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
