Responsibilities:

As Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving dealership profitability and compliance.

• Manage all aspects of dealership finance and insurance operations
• Guide customers through financing options and payment solutions tailored to their needs
• Present and explain finance products, service contracts, GAP coverage, credit protection products, and other value-added offerings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and financial partners
• Ensure all transactions are completed accurately, ethically, and in compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations
• Monitor and achieve finance income, product penetration, and customer satisfaction goals
• Prepare and submit all required documentation accurately and on time
• Lead, coach, and develop Finance Department team members
• Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Deliver a seamless and outstanding purchase experience for every customer
• Uphold and model Group 1 Automotive's core values in every interaction

Qualifications:

• Proven success as an Automotive Finance Manager
• Strong track record of performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction (CSI)
• CDK experience is required
• Demonstrated ability to build lender relationships and maximize finance opportunities
• Strong knowledge of automotive lending, compliance, and F&I products
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
