Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care for ICU-level patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, and adjust care plans as directed within scope of practice.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines; communicate effectively to ensure patient safety and outcomes.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across multiple levels; delegate tasks appropriately and maintain clinical supervision.
- Document care accurately and promptly; uphold infection control, safety, and patient comfort standards.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- ICU nursing experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS certification preferred
- Ability to work night shifts in a high-acuity inpatient setting
- Willingness to participate in an 8-week travel assignment
