Corporate Tax Advisory Manager

Hybrid Key Responsibilities
- Manage tax engagements end-to-end (planning to completion)
- Review corporate tax returns and ASC 740 provisions
- Supervise, train, and mentor team members
- Provide tax planning and advisory support
- Handle IRS and state tax inquiries
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Research and consult on tax matters
- Ensure compliance with professional standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 4–7+ years of tax compliance/consulting experience
- CPA or JD (active license)
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Strong corporate tax and ASC 740 experience
- Knowledge of US GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with multi-state, international tax, and transfer pricing
- Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills
- OneSource Tax Provision experience
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork
- Ability to travel as needed
