About the Role: Ignite the AI Revolution in Media at Hearst Newspapers. Lead industry innovation by transforming sales and business operations with AI. Collaborate with executives, drive AI product development, and influence strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of AI-driven products, from ideation to deployment and optimization.
- Enhance AI interactions through prompt refinement and user experience improvements.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms like CRM and analytics tools.
- Develop training programs to elevate AI literacy across teams.
- Build communities of AI advocates and provide resources for self-service support.
- Serve as a strategic link between innovation, executive strategy, and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Identify and explore strategic AI opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Establish KPIs and develop dashboards to track AI impact.
- Create stories and case studies showcasing AI benefits and transformations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 510 years in sales enablement, product management, or digital transformation roles.
- Experience building and scaling generative AI solutions, such as GPTs and prompt engineering libraries.
- Ability to learn and develop integrated AI and data architecture solutions.
- Proficiency with low-code/no-code platforms like Zapier, Make.com, Airtable.
- Leadership skills to guide teams through complex transformations.
- Excellent communication skills to translate AI concepts into business narratives.
- Management experience and change leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally.
- Bonus: Experience with CRM, ad-tech, digital marketing ecosystems.
