The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, representing our company with a warm and welcoming attitude. The Office Receptionist will manage the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times. Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
• Greet visitors and clients, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
• Manage scheduling, including booking appointments and coordinating meetings.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the professional standards of the company.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.
• Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory, ensuring materials are readily available.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a relevant administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional appearance and a positive, friendly demeanor.
