About the Opportunity

At the heart of OKX's user activity are the Buy, Sell, and Convert features, which enable seamless crypto trading. As a global crypto investment platform, our vision is to empower the next billion users with the smoothest trading experience. In this role, you’ll lead a team of product managers while also staying hands-on to enhance our current offerings and shape the future of how users discover, trade, and assess crypto assets. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and developing fiat-to-crypto infrastructure to support partners and building business cases around these systems. Deep collaboration across the fiat-to-crypto ecosystem—spanning Banking, Card, Web3 Wallet, Data, and more—is essential. You’ll also engage with local market partners to drive insights and innovation.

What You'll Be Doing:

  Lead the team by leveraging data to optimize key features of the Fiat product, driving product enhancements and customer engagement



• 
  

  Collaborate closely with the core product team to identify business needs, propose data-driven solutions, and deliver actionable insights that align with product goals.



• 
  

  Apply advanced data science methodologies including statistical modeling, A/B testing, and causal analysis to inform product decisions.

What We Look For In You:

• 
  

  5+ years of experience in data science, data analysis, machine learning, or a related field.



• 
  

  Proactive mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills to address complex challenges.



• 
  

  Expertise in product analytics and event-based tracking tools.



• 
  

  Advanced skills in SQL and proficiency in data modeling techniques.



• 
  

  Proficiency in Python and experience with analytics and machine learning/deep learning libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, tensorflow).



• 
  

  Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data mining methods.



• 
  

  Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain innovations .



• 
  

  Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable product strategies.



• 
  

  Experience in fintech , blockchain or crypto industry is highly desirable.



• 
  

  Familiarity with complex payment systems is a plus.

OKX Statement:

The salary range for this position is $220,000.00 to $330,000.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
