Your impact

We are seeking a Senior Project Director – Rail Transit to join our team of dedicated professionals and help deliver transformative infrastructure projects that shape the future of transportation. In this leadership role, you will oversee complex rail transit projects spanning design, installation, testing, and commissioning activities, while ensuring successful delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

As a Project Director, you will be responsible for establishing project priorities, forecasting resource needs, providing technical and quality oversight, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients. Here's what you'll need

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in California

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible project management experience, including planning, budgeting, execution, and successful project delivery.
• Extensive knowledge of the rail transit industry, including rail track, high speed rail , rail signaling, and/or rail grade crossing design and construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple rail or railroad projects simultaneously within a complex operating environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience working in a dynamic matrix organization, collaborating with regional and local leadership teams, and supporting business development, ing, and project delivery efforts.

230,000.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

360,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $230,000.00 to $360,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
