We are seeking a motivated, personable, and organized Community Relations Assistant to support community outreach, public relations, event support, and community engagement . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting with local communities, and supporting programs and events that make a positive impact.

• Support community outreach programs, events, and engagement initiatives
• Build positive relationships with community members, local organizations, businesses, and partners
• Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and public programs
• Share information about organizational programs and services with community members
• Assist with event logistics, vendors, venues, promotional materials, and on-site event support
• Distribute marketing and promotional materials within the community
• Respond professionally to community questions, feedback, and inquiries
• Support public relations, marketing, and community engagement efforts
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and event participation
• Prepare basic reports and updates on community engagement activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Community Relations, Business, or a related field preferred
• Experience in community outreach, customer service, marketing, communications, public relations, or event support is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Professional, friendly, and comfortable interacting with diverse groups
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interest in community engagement and relationship building
