Marketing Coordinator

As Marketing Coordinator, youll play an active role in campaigns, content creation, and initiatives that bring our brand to life. Youll help maintain momentum across our dynamic Marketing and Communications team, supporting key activities with precision, energy, and attention to detail. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will: Collaborate with the Communications Manager to support the development and execution of marketing and communication plans aligned with company goals. Assist in coordinating promotional events, overseeing logistics and ensuring each detail reflects our brand standards. Monitor social media channels and contribute content that builds engagement and community connection. Support internal meetings and presentations by managing schedules, preparing materials, and organizing logistics. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and ensure alignment with established guidelines. Review promotional content and suggest improvements to uphold quality and brand tone. Help implement communication strategies and support their execution across various platforms. Write and edit content tailored to different audiences and channels, including: Social media posts Website updates Blog entries Email newsletters Internal communications Basic press releases Share writing samples or past project work that highlights your communication strengths. Monitor public sentiment and propose ideas to enhance the companys reputation and reach. Assist with data collection and reporting to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, English, Public Relations, or Journalism. 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications support role. Strong understanding of effective marketing techniques and best practices. Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and message to different formats. Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. *A portfolio showcasing your writing abilities and previous marketing and communication projects*
