Media Coordinator Location Los Angeles, CA (Woodland Hills area) : Job Overview: InterMedia is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Media Client Coordinator to support our client services and media planning teams. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing weekly performance reports for clients summarizing campaign results. Partner with the Account Manager / Account Executive to support client communications and ensure. timely follow-up and deliverable coordination. Conduct initial review of weekly client data to verify accuracy and consistency. Support the development and refinement of media plans across linear, digital, and streaming platforms. Troubleshoot and flag media delivery issues or discrepancies across platforms. Prepare agendas and detailed call notes for weekly client status meetings. Contribute to campaign strategy sessions and help translate insights into action. Collaborate across media, analytics, and creative teams to ensure flawless execution. Assist with billing and reconciliation processes, including matching vendor invoices to campaign plans and tracking spend against budget. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools a plus. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
