Transactional Real Estate Attorney
Draft, negotiate, and review real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, financing agreements, and development contracts.
Advise on various real estate transactions, such as commercial, industrial, and residential property acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
Handle complex real estate matters, including entity formation, financing options, and corporate governance.
Provide legal counsel on limited partnership agreements, entity taxation, and real estate disputes.
Conduct legal research and offer insights on real estate regulations and best practices.
Review and analyze real estate contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Perform title reviews and identify potential legal risks.
Represent clients in real estate-related disputes, negotiations, and proceedings.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop legal strategies and manage risk.
What We're Looking For
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the state.
5+ years of experience as a real estate attorney, with a strong focus on transactional matters.
Expertise in handling complex real estate transactions, including financing structures, entity formation, and partnership agreements.
Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
In-depth knowledge of real estate finance and tax implications.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear legal guidance to clients and colleagues.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
