Food Runner
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Food Runner to join our fast-paced team at Bottega. As a Food Runner, you will be the key link between the kitchen and our guests, ensuring that food orders are delivered promptly and accurately. If you're energetic, have a passion for hospitality, and thrive in a bustling environment, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities :Food Delivery : Deliver hot and cold food from the kitchen to guests’ tables in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring proper presentation.
Communication: Describe each dish throughout and clearly with all details related to the recipe
Order Accuracy : Double-check food orders to ensure all items are correct before delivering to guests.
Guest Service : Provide excellent service by greeting guests, offering assistance, and ensuring their dining experience is seamless.
Collaboration : Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure the dining room runs smoothly.
Maintain Cleanliness : Keep service areas clean and organized, including clearing empty plates, utensils, and glasses from tables.
Restock Supplies : Replenish items like napkins, silverware, and condiments on tables as needed.
Food Safety : Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our guests.
Assist with Other Tasks : Help with light prep work, assisting with side duties, or stocking during slower periods.
Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy setting.
Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods of time and lift up to [weight] lbs.
Must be at least 18 years old.
