Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel contract at an inpatient hospital setting in Santa Clara, CA, working a Tuesday–Saturday day shift schedule.

Details

• Inpatient hospital setting treating adult patients
• Day shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
• 40 hours per week
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Active CA PT license required (license required if applicable)
• Experience with inpatient adult physical therapy required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration — pending credentials are not accepted

Additional Information

• Local candidates are accepted; local and travel pay rates are the same
• Per facility policy, contingent workers may not work on assignment for more than two years (with lapses of less than three months counting toward that total) without a 90-day consecutive break in service
