Shuttle Driver
- Safely transport customers to and from the dealership within a designated service area using company-provided vehicles.
- Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing a welcoming experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle, performing daily inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
- Communicate effectively with the service team to coordinate pick-up and drop-off schedules.
- Assist customers with entering and exiting the vehicle, including handling light luggage or personal items as needed.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or incidents to the Service Manager immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations or accidents in the past 3 years).
- At least 21 years of age (due to insurance requirements).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate local roads efficiently, with knowledge of the [Insert Location] area preferred.

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist customers as needed.
