Salary: $115,000 – $130,000 annually plus possible sign-on bonus up to $5,000

Evolve Adolescent Behavioral Health offers short term residential treatment programs for teens struggling with mental health, substance abuse, or behavior issues in a comfortable home like environment.

The Clinical Program Director is an experienced, licensed clinician who oversees the clinical operations of two Evolve 6-bed residential programs. This role entails providing clinical and administrative supervision to four Primary Therapists. The Clinical Director works alongside the Operations Manager to ensure that all administrative, operations, and compliance needs are being met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight to the programs and ensure that all quality, clinical excellence, and safety measures are maintained.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the teams.
• Ensure that the program’s clinical approach remains behavioral and skills-based and in line with Evolve’s mission and values.
• Provide direct supervision and weekly to the Primary Therapists and Operations Manager.
• Support the Operations Manager in overseeing Residential Counselor and Chef
• Review and cosign clinical documentation in the clients’ medical records;
• Facilitate weekly Treatment Team meetings for both programs,
• Ensure that discharge planning and insurance authorization is being coordinated effectively by the Primary Therapist for each client.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and clinical policies and procedures are being consistently adhered to by staff.
• Create and maintain a positive, collaborative team culture and collaborate with the Operations Manager
• Participate in the clinical on-call rotation and provide phone-based support to on-site staff

Qualifications:

• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• Must possess a valid California Driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a LiveScan background check and clear federal and state criminal background checks, and child abuse indexes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with teens preferred
• Experience working in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred
